Up another 3 pounds........And that is with running 1 mile and walking another 5 on top of that yesterday :( At this point I'm willing to try anything. Including taking some of Brandi's advice about what and how much I'm eating. She of course went straight drill sergeant throwing books around my living room with crazy talk about eating only oatmeal and protein powder for 3 days, AS IF! So we came up with a compromise and she slaved away in my kitchen all day and left all my food for the week in nice little containers in my fridge. When she was following the extreme version of this lifestyle she went from a size 20 to a size 11 in just a few months so I have vowed to not just look at and judge my success by the number on the scale. I am going to still track my weight daily as I have but I am also going to add my measurements weekly. I am also going to add back in my food journal for the day so she can see that her hard work was not in vain and can maybe find ways to help me tweak to get the results I'm looking for. So although I'm going to be eating more calories than I'd like every day because of the types of food I am going to be eating she has assured me that I will get where I want to be so I'm going with it for now..........
