Ugh, this slow moving loss is really starting to annoy me!! Down .8 of a pound today so I’m trying to look at it as almost a pound even though I don’t really see it that way until the numbers on the other side of the decimal are affected. I did really well today all the way until dinner time when I was running really late from work and had a friend coming over in an hour and still needed to clean up the house before she got there. I stopped at McDonald’s on the way home and pretty much ruined my calorie count for the day L I also had some alcohol at about 9pm so I’m interested to see how that affects my loss for tomorrow. I only had probably a quarter of a shot mixed with some coke zero so calorie wise it shouldn’t really have an effect, definitely not as much as the McDonald’s will……No fast food tomorrow or at all this weekend and I’m hoping to walk/run a total of 10 miles between Friday and Sunday so will work off those calories and hopefully have a pretty good loss to start next week with.
