No gain or loss for today which is good because I did not make good food choices today. I did really well up until dinner time. I meant to run when I got home from work and layed down for a minute until the person I was going to run with came over but I fell asleep and she never showed so I didn't wake up until 11pm. Not only does that suck because it was too dark out to run but I was starving and didn't have anything healthy in the house. I tried eating one of logan's meals since they are smaller portions and thought it would be good to just stave off the hunger until morning but uh, yeah it didn't quite work that way. Then I couldn't go back to sleep until 2am which really threw me off for the whole weekend.
