So after eating pretty much whatever the hell I wanted I am slowly climbing my way back up. I am really feeling discouraged right now and know I need to grab this and stop it now and instead of feeling sorry for myself I need to jump back in and not let me defeat myself after missing the goal. There are 8 days left in 2.0 and I can still get there if I work it hard enough. That is what I'm really trying to drill into my head for the rest of the month. I will not start 3.0 back at where I was when I started 2.0.
