Down another pound today :) I'm happy that my no exercise day didn't stop my loss for today. I did 3 miles today (2 walking, 1 running) but my time went up by 17 seconds :( My right leg was a little sore afterwards but didn't cramp up while I was running nor did it give me the problems it did last time with the numbness afterwards. I ran first thing in the morning to see if that made a difference in my time so I'm hoping the slowness was just because I hadn't eaten anything yet. We'll see in two days when I run again how it goes. I'm finally back down to the weight I started last weekend at which kind frustrates me since it only took 3 days to gain the weight but 6 to loose it again. That really just doesn't seem fair does it? I'm feeling really good that I have the calories and the exercise under control for now so let's just see if I can hold on to it. "The goal that shall not be named" is coming up in just a few pounds and I'm not even going to mention it in case I sabotage myself again.
