I had grandma’s biscuits and gravy today so not a good start to the calorie count. For the first time in my life she actually had fruit on the table so I tried to eat more of that and less of the b&g but since that is the reason for us going over there today I couldn’t completely avoid it. We did eat it at more of a brunch time so I was able to cut one meal out of the day to offset the calories. I did well for dinner (actually insisting on red robin for dinner since I knew I could get the salad), I only ate half of the salad and had iced tea so my calorie count for dinner should have been around 400 calories. I did have one drink later that night but used coke zero as the mixer so should have been less than 100 calories for the drink.
