Day 2.21

2.0 Starting Weight: 213.2
Today’s Weight: 203
Total 2.0 Loss: 10.2 Pounds

Original Starting Weight: 221
Today’s Weight: 203
Total Loss: 18 Pounds

WTF?!  Seriously??  I counted every calorie I ate and was well under 1300 and I did 3 miles in 96 degree heat and I gained 2.4 pounds?!  How is that possible???  I’d love to hear comments about this.  Anyone?? Jillian? Dr Oz? Bueller?  Seriously, I was so upset when I stood on the scale this morning that I laughed because I just knew that my scale had lost its mind sometime while sitting in the closet from yesterday morning until this morning……..So today I ate whatever the hell I wanted.  I know I need to get a grip, I can see that logically.  But I couldn’t quite put that into practice today so I’m sure that is going to make tomorrow’s weigh in even worse and will start my spiral down to 3.0 starting weight……..Today I had McDonald’s for breakfast and I ate the hashbrown, HA!  I had subway for lunch because I bought a foot long yesterday so my lunch calories were good.  Then I had half a burger from Culvers with French fries and cheese curds w/ranch dressing for dinner with a pepsi!!  I would have eaten that entire burger if I didn’t feel like I was going to hurl from just the half of it.  I went to bed feeling awesome with NO guilt and no exercise.  My clothes feel really loose so I was planning to go buy some new ones this weekend but maybe I’ll just eat more this weekend and keep my old clothes…..that is still up for debate.  FML!
