I wasn't as happy with today's loss as I thought I would be. I was really strict with calories yesterday, I think I ended up at around 800-900 for the day and with the 1 mile run and 2 mile walk I was really hoping for another 2+ pound day. But with my weight this morning I have officially lost 40 pounds since wayyyyy back to last summer when Brandi and I started our bop it challenge. I can't quite remeber where I was at my lowest in the biggest loser challenges (candice do you remember?) but I think I was right around this weight then and really excited about the looming goal. Of course that was 8 months ago so you can imagine how happy thinking about that makes me. So I'm just not going to think about it :) I got my blu ray player hooked up today finally so will start with pure barre tomorrow. I walked 6 miles today (no running) so feel good about exercise and did really well with my calories. I have even kind of noticed my body is a little harder than it was just a week ago so that is definately motivation.

Unfortunately, I don't remember where you were at the lowest during the BL. I don't think you were this low though. The "goal we don't speak of" was still going to be hard to reach; I remember that. :)
